1. Eligibility & Account Registration

Use of KiccBacc is open to all ages.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
KiccBacc reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion.

2. Host & Attendee Responsibilities

For Hosts:

You agree to provide accurate event details, including pricing, venue, and refund policies.
You are solely responsible for the management, safety, and execution of your events.
KiccBacc is not liable for event cancellations, poor event execution, or disputes between hosts and attendees.

For Attendees:

You are responsible for ensuring you meet all event requirements (e.g., age restrictions, dress code).
KiccBacc is not liable for disputes between you and event hosts.
Tickets purchased through KiccBacc may be subject to the host's refund and cancellation policies.

3. Payments & Fees

KiccBacc processes transactions through third-party payment providers.
Hosts agree to pay applicable fees, including a percentage-based service fee on ticket sales.
Refunds, chargebacks, and disputes must be handled per the host's policy and applicable payment provider rules.

4. Event Stories & Content

By posting event stories, you grant KiccBacc a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your content.
KiccBacc reserves the right to remove inappropriate, offensive, or unauthorized content at its discretion.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

Use KiccBacc for illegal activities or to promote violence, hate speech, or discrimination.
Impersonate another user or provide false information.
Attempt to exploit the platform, including fraudulent ticket sales, chargebacks, or unauthorized transactions.

6. Limitation of Liability

KiccBacc is a platform for connecting event hosts and attendees; we do not own, operate, or manage events.
KiccBacc is not responsible for damages, losses, or liabilities resulting from events hosted on the platform.
KiccBacc is not liable for payment processing errors, unauthorized transactions, or system outages.

7. Termination & Account Suspension

KiccBacc may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.
Termination of an account does not entitle the user to refunds of fees or earnings withheld due to violations.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between users should be handled directly between the involved parties.
KiccBacc may assist in resolving disputes but does not guarantee mediation or refunds.
Any legal disputes arising from these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state of Connecticut.

9. Changes to These Terms

KiccBacc reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
